November Exhibition
An
exhibition of my paintings, inspired by walks in the hills, valleys and along
the coastal paths of South West Wales, will open on November 22nd
and run for two weeks. Entitled �DAYS OUT�, the exhibition will include scenes
of the Towy Valley, Llansteffan, Carmarthen Bans, Brecon Beacons, Gower,
Preseli hills and the Ceredigion coast.
Maps
of some of the walks and a selection of prints will be available in the gallery
from November 22nd and on a new website (www.walkinwales.com)� in the New Year.���
New Artists and Prints
During
November and December we shall be receiving new work from our regular gallery
artists and are pleased to welcome onboard David Bellamy and Jenny Keal who
will be exhibiting original paintings and prints.
The
gallery has a wide selection of local landscape prints by myself and prints by
Anthony Richards. Anthony has a new limited edition print of Laugharne castle
as well as new original paintings available now in the gallery.
A
joint exhibition of new work by gallery artists will be held at Easter.
Art Tuition
My
painting and drawing classes remain popular. An additional day course for
beginners is planned for January and an evening class for improvers after
Easter. Also, if you would like to learn something about art history in an
entertaining and informal way, Barry Plummer will continue his very successful
courses and lectures in the New Year. For further enquiries and information

Framing News
There
will be some changes in the gallery starting in the New Year. Chris Woodcock
will be expanding her bespoke framing business on the premises and we shall be
taking on a full time employee. Chris will have a new wider range of prints
available by artists including Meg Stevens, and Annabel Greenhalgh.
