The Bridge Gallery in Llandeilo, West Wales, is an established fine art
gallery which showcases the work of Welsh artists and artists based in Wales.
The main speciality of the art gallery is original landscape paintings using
the watercolour medium. However, paintings by landscape artists in other media
are also exhibited. The gallery features the work of Anthony
Richards, Annabel
Greenhalgh, Megan
Jones, Julian Brown, Andrew
Evans , David Bellamy and Jenny
Keal and Peter Cronin in addition to the work of
Wendy Powell Jones who is also the proprietor of the business.
In addition to original Welsh art, the gallery has an extensive ranges of prints and cards of local Carmarthenshire views. Many of the paintings, prints, gifts and collectables are available to buy online from this site.
The Bridge Gallery is a nominated 'Collector Plan Gallery' . Collector Plan is an interest free installment plan to assist in the purchasing of original Welsh Art by Welsh Artists or those based in Wales. The scheme is administered by the Wales Art Council.
Accredited tuition, courses, classes and workshops in Watercolour Painting are held throughout the year for all skill levels from beginners to improvers. The courses are accredited by Trinity College, Carmarthen under the Life Long Learning programme. The facilities include a well equipped dedicated art classroom and professional tuition by Wendy Powell Jones and easy access to art materials from the main gallery.
